Pascale Bruynseels has made autism her passion and profession. After following several specialised trainings, she guides families with children with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) or other challenges. Based on her years of experience, she also coaches teachers and teacher teams on this topic.

In recent years, Pascale would like to go one step further and also immerse HR managers and company directors in the world of autism. Driven by the well-known motto: "I thought I had to teach my child about the world, but now it turns out I have to teach the world about my child", Pascale is ready to remove all prejudices about autism from the business world. Neurodiversity can have a positive influence in the workplace.
