Robin Vissenaekens is Programme Director of Nostalgie, Nostalgie Plus and NRJ. He is also a podcast host for Nieuwsblad.

He began his career as a television reporter at VTM, contributing to programmes such as Het Hart van Vlaanderen. He later joined VRT, producing reports for Vlaanderen Vakantieland and 1000 zonnen en garnalen. At ATV, he was a familiar face for many years as a presenter and on-screen host.

Drawing on his extensive experience as a journalist, reporter and leader, he has a deep understanding of how media works — how to reach people and how to make stories truly land.

In March 2026, his book Speak like a Master: Learn from the Obamas was published. In it, he shares the insights and techniques he uses himself — and recognises in the world’s greatest speakers. Interested in a keynote? You can find out more here.
