Since 2000, Gilles has been giving training courses on communication, conflict management, dealing with verbal aggression, customer orientation, sales and public speaking. This for groups as well as in personal coaching.

In addition, he is regularly asked to host all kinds of events. For example, he has been the regular host of Actiris Connect for three years in a row, with as many as 1400 participants. Gilles is also a columnist for the RTBF television programme 'Le 6-8'.

Gilles' mother tongue is French, but he has a perfect command of both national languages.
